SoundX: Base, Les Marionnettes and Rooted Elevation Games win
Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has concluded the fourth edition of the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum, held at Area 57 in Al Khayat Avenue within the Al Quoz Creative Zone.
The event brought together entrepreneurs, investors, artists, designers and industry experts to share knowledge and discuss how creative ventures can build sustainable businesses, attract funding and adapt to technology and changing market demands. Dubai Culture said the forum ran through 30 and 31 October 2026 under the theme Creative Frontiers – Expanding What’s Possible.
Organised in strategic partnership with Al Khayat Avenue, the forum also included workshops and interactive sessions. Dubai Culture said this year’s programme was supported by Wio Business, which backed the initiative with financial tools aimed at helping freelancers and creative entrepreneurs manage payments and grow their businesses.
Winners announced in creative entrepreneurship competition
Dubai Culture said eight ventures pitched to a jury of industry experts and investors, with the competition recognising three top projects:
- First place: SoundX: Base (AED 80,000)
- Second place: Les Marionnettes (AED 50,000)
- Third place: Rooted Elevation Games (AED 30,000)
In its closing remarks, Dubai Culture highlighted the variety of recognised projects spanning music technology, performing arts, and interactive gaming and storytelling.
