A Portuguese-Moroccan entrepreneur couple has shared how relocating to Dubai helped their business and day-to-day routine, describing the emirate as a place that supports rapid execution and ambition.
André Rodrigues and Hiba Hassani, founders of Scaling Studio, said their work is managed remotely and that the move to Dubai became possible after setting up the company. They told how they first researched the city and then visited, before moving in October 2026.

The couple linked Dubai’s appeal to entrepreneurship,saying the city’s environment is international and that people are described as open to discussing ideas and moving quickly after commitments are made.
