Lola Young and Overmono announced as headliners for Sole DXB 2026 at The Square Nad Al Sheba

Sole DXB has announced Lola Young and Overmono as headliners for its 2026 edition, as the Dubai festival marks a new chapter in its 14-year history. The event is scheduled to run from 11 to 13 December 2026 at The Square Nad Al Sheba, the festival’s first move to a new venue in more than a decade, according to the organisers.

In the company’s release, Lola Young, described as a South London-born artist, will headline on Saturday 12 December. The announcement says she is known for emotionally candid songwriting and rock-influenced pop, and notes that her breakout hit Messy gained international momentum. The festival also states that Messy won her the 2026 Grammy Award for Best Pop Solo Performance and that she received a nomination for Best New Artist.

Overmono, a British electronic duo made up of brothers Tom and Ed Russell, will perform as headliners on Friday 11 December, the festival said. The release credits the group’s live performances at major UK and international events, including Glastonbury and a sold-out show at London’s Alexandra Palace. It also says the duo will bring its show to Dubai following the release of its second album, Pure Devotion, which the organisers say came out in August 2026.

Lineup expands across four stages

Sole DXB’s broader programme, according to the announcement, will span four stages over three days and incorporate music plus other festival activities. The schedule runs daily from 4:00pm to 2:30am.

Among the acts listed for the Main Stage are Hajaj, described as a Saudi singer-songwriter based between Jeddah and London, whose music blends jazz, soul and Arabic influences, and Nia Archives, a UK singer, songwriter and producer known for layering jungle and drum and bass with soulful vocals.

Stage 2 will feature live performers including Fatoumata Diawara, identified as a Malian vocalist and musician known for Bambara-language vocals; Peter Cat Recording Co., described as a genre-blending band based in New Delhi; and Egyptian-Lebanese duo Maii and Zeid, which the release says merges indie and electronic sounds.

The same stage will also include DJ sets and electronic programming from Gia Fu, a Hong Kong-born DJ and producer described as a cultural researcher working in Afro-Latin music, and Matthew Herbert, a British experimental electronic producer and composer.

Festival venue and ticketing details

The organisers said Sole DXB is designed to bring together music, fashion, art, sport and food, and that programming will also include fashion, art, food, experiential retail installations, talks and basketball. Further programme and lineup details are expected to be released later.

Ticket sales are already open, the festival stated. General Admission 3-Day passes start at AED 495, while VIP 3-Day passes start at AED 775. The organisers said ticket releases will occur in phases, with prices increasing across future releases.

Sole DXB 2026 will take place at The Square Nad Al Sheba on 11–13 December 2026, according to the event information provided in the announcement.
