Huawei is highlighting blood pressure monitoring and daily wellness tracking with the HUAWEI WATCH D3, combining a wrist-worn monitor with the design and everyday functions of a smartwatch.
In a feature shared with UAE media, the company outlined how the watch brings scheduled measurements, health summaries and exercise-related tracking together in the Huawei Health app.
Blood pressure tracking from the wrist
According to Huawei, WATCH D3 users can start blood pressure measurements with a few taps, set reminders for manual readings or schedule measurements automatically. The company’s instructions call for users to remain still and keep their wrist at heart level when taking a reading.
The Huawei Health app provides weekly blood pressure management reports. These combine statistical summaries of trends with check-in targets and records of completed measurements, giving users a way to follow their readings over time.
The watch also includes dedicated pre- and post-exercise measurement modes. Huawei says these are designed to help users track changes around their workouts.
A 1.92-inch AMOLED display
The WATCH D3 has a 1.92-inch AMOLED display and a slim profile intended for extended daily wear. The supplied feature presents three colour options, Black, Gold and Mocha Gold, with different strap finishes.
The gold-toned models use a composite vegan leather material, while the black model has a rubber strap. Huawei positions the combination of materials, display and streamlined design as a way to make health tracking part of an everyday accessory.
Health Glance and daily summaries
Huawei’s one-touch Health Glance feature brings several health indicators into a report that the company says takes approximately 60 seconds to generate. The supplied feature describes coverage across basic wellness, cardiovascular and respiratory indicators, and women’s health.
The company also highlights 24-hour heart rate variability, or HRV, as part of the watch’s expanded tracking capabilities.
Feature availability varies by market and software version. Huawei’s UAE product page provides details on supported functions and updates.
Morning Greeting and Physical Readiness Score
Morning Greeting is designed to deliver a summary shortly after the wearer wakes up. Huawei says the feature draws on the previous day’s sports and health data to offer personalized insights.
The Physical Readiness Score combines factors including sleep quality, HRV, emotional state and active calories. According to the company, the resulting score reflects recovery and recent activity load, providing another view of the wearer’s daily wellness patterns.
The feature supplied to media does not specify UAE retail pricing or a purchase date.
