Dubai-it philosophy recognition for delivery, quality and speed
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has announced Emaar Properties as the recipient of the Dubai-it Award for Institutions in the Field of Real Estate, recognising the company’s reported success in embedding the Dubai-it philosophy across development, delivery and operations.
Dubai Media Office says the award acknowledges performance framed around speed, quality and attention to detail, positioning Emaar as a contributor to Dubai’s global competitiveness and reputation for excellence.
The announcement highlights major real estate and hospitality projects associated with Emaar, including developments in areas such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek, Dubai Hills Estate, Emaar Beachfront and Emaar South, alongside ongoing work described as strengthening integrated urban destinations.
Dubai Media Office also cites delivery momentum, stating that Emaar launched 62 projects within a single year and delivered more than 12,000 residential units in the same period.

The release additionally mentions a five-month renovation and maintenance project for The Dubai Fountain, described as reopening with a new look, and states that access to Downtown Dubai’s visitor experiences continued during that period.
