Majid Al Futtaim launches Ma’an by MAF Home Edition at Dubai Furniture Festival 2026 to feature eight Dubai-based brands

Majid Al Futtaim said it is rolling out Ma’an by MAF Home Edition, a home-focused edition of its “Ma’an from Majid Al Futtaim” initiative, during the Dubai Furniture Festival 2026 running from 16 October to 1 November 2026 at City Centre Mirdif.

The company said the edition is launched in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development and the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment and forms part of the festival’s “Discovery and Experience” theme.

Dubai Furniture Festival, organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, returns for its eighth edition under the slogan “Make Dubai your home,” the release said. Majid Al Futtaim said the festival invites residents and visitors to shop, explore and take part in experiences tied to home furnishing and lifestyle.

Eight local brands to be showcased

According to the announcement, Ma’an by MAF Home Edition will present rotating selections from eight local brands based in Dubai throughout the festival period. Majid Al Futtaim said participating products include items related to children’s dining, home accessories, and fragrances and gifts.

The release listed the brands as: Kiddie Krunch, Artistic Appetites, The Scent Library, M. Sentiment, The Story of Things, Lavenite Petite, Ateeq, and Artistic Touch.

Majid Al Futtaim said the initiative gives local small and medium-sized enterprises a chance to display their products in a major retail destination and helps shoppers discover brands that emerged from Dubai’s entrepreneurship community.

SME support and access to wider audiences

The release said the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development will support participating companies through efforts aimed at strengthening their presence and enabling access to broader audiences of shoppers, with the goal of helping local brands consolidate their position in the market and benefit from growth opportunities.

Two participating brand owners were quoted in the announcement. Amas Hamad Ali, owner of Lavenite Petite, said the brand’s participation was “a special and encouraging milestone” and that displaying products at City Centre Mirdif offers an opportunity to introduce the brand to new customers in a well-known retail destination. Aliya Al Aujmani, owner of Artistic Appetites, said the brand did not expect to see its products displayed in City Centre Mirdif in front of a large number of potential shoppers, and described the initiative as a real growth opportunity by offering retail space and audience access that could be difficult without the programme.

Where and when the edition will run

Majid Al Futtaim said Ma’an by MAF Home Edition will be held at City Centre Mirdif during the mall’s operating hours, from 16 October to 1 November 2026.

The release did not provide additional details on specific event formats beyond the on-site brand showcasing and its positioning within the festival’s “Discovery and Experience” focus.
