The Leela unveils Diwali gifting collection featuring special-edition Pichwai artwork by Rajaram Sharma

Mumbai, October 13, 2026 The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has announced its Diwali festive gifting collection, Signatures by The Leela, which it says brings together Indian artistry, craftsmanship and flavours as part of what it calls a 40-year celebration of “True Indian Luxury.”

Special-edition Pichwai at the centre of the collection

The company says this year’s collection is anchored by a special-edition Pichwai artwork by master artist Rajaram Sharma. Pichwai is described in the release as an art form rooted in Nathdwara, known for “intricate compositions,” “distinctive motifs” and “rich, evocative colours” that depict stories of devotion, abundance and celebration.

According to The Leela, Sharma’s practice is “deeply rooted in Nathdwara,” and his work is presented as a contemporary interpretation of the tradition for Diwali, a celebration the company describes as being rooted in light, devotion and the spirit of giving. The release also highlights a lotus motif featured across the boxes, linking its symbolism and visual style to what it describes as The Leela’s artistic legacy.

Hampers include brand sensory creations and artisanal foods

The Leela says Signatures by The Leela extends the artwork into a gifting range that includes select hampers featuring The Leela’s curated creations, sensory experiences and festive foods. It names several parts of the range, including Tishya by The Leela, Aujasya by The Leela and Leela Ke Phool.

As an example, the release describes The Leela Signature Hamper as including:

  • Tishya by The Leela Gift Set and Fragrance
  • Aujasya by The Leela Herbal Infusions
  • Leela Ke Phool gift hampers
  • Coffee from The Leela Coorg Forest Sanctuary, along with other festive creations

Across the wider collection, the release says Aujasya by The Leela is represented by items including Date Syrup, Almond Sattu Butter and Herbal Infusions. It adds that Tishya by The Leela includes items such as Fragrance, Gift Set and a Soy Candle, and that the festive line also features artisanal mithai and baklava, chocolates, macarons, festive cakes, nuts, teas and “thoughtfully chosen festive keepsakes.”

Starting price and custom hamper option

The release states that the collection includes The Leela Signature Hamper along with a curated selection of festive hampers in different sizes and inclusions. It says the offerings start from INR 2,500++.

It also mentions a “Make Your Own Hamper” option that allows customers to curate their selection from an assortment of artisanal and gourmet creations.

More festive programming through “Festive Getaway” and Diwali events
